SUMMARY: Sales of Trailer parts, Heavy Duty Truck parts and Suspension parts.

ESSENTIAL DUITES AND REPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Take parts orders from customers either in person or on the phone.
• Pull orders, invoice customers and collect payment.
• Research parts in catalogs and on the internet.
• Accurately check-in and stock incoming freight.
• Accurately fill out and track paperwork.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill and/ or ability required. • Knowledge of Trailer parts, Heavy Duty Truck parts and Suspension parts is essential.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Good telephone skills are necessary and multi-line phone experience is helpful.
• Must be detail oriented and have good computer skills.
• Must be able to work at a computer for an extended amount of time each day with an equal amount of time spent standing, lifting and bending. Company policy prohibits the unassisted lift of 70 pounds or more.
• Must maintain a clean work space.
